Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are between you and Expe AI Inc. By using Expe Chat or ExpeBridge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

You may not use Expe Chat to violate law, infringe rights, compromise systems, distribute malware, harass others, bypass provider restrictions, or submit content that you do not have the right to process. You are responsible for the prompts, files, tools, and backends you connect.

ExpeBridge is intended to run on infrastructure you control or are authorized to use. You are responsible for securing your bridge, provider credentials, local network exposure, logs, access controls, and any systems connected through the bridge.

Expe Chat may connect to third-party agent, model, coding, tool, or hosting backends. Those services are not controlled by Expe AI Inc. Their terms, availability, pricing, safety systems, and retention practices apply to your use of those services.

App Store availability, TestFlight access, and platform features may change over time. Some links may be placeholders until Apple review and listing setup are complete.

Expe Chat and ExpeBridge are provided as is and as available. Expe AI Inc. does not warrant that the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expe AI Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, provider charges, or business interruption arising from use of the product.

You may stop using the product at any time. Expe AI Inc. may suspend or terminate access where required by law, platform policy, security needs, or material violation of these terms.
